A simple record of our journey in planning products and project development. Let's dive in!

The Beginningโ€‹

Entrepreneurship was always something far from our reality.

Because the skill set required for entrepreneurship is both broad and deep - not just programming, but also understanding marketing.

We've always felt intimidated by knowledge outside the technical domain.

However, after starting to explore marketing knowledge in 2020, we discovered that the ideas and things around us in daily life are interconnected.

Turns out, entrepreneurship seems quite interesting!

Over these years, besides technical knowledge and hands-on experience, we've also accumulated marketing knowledge and experimentation.

Step by step, we've built up to where we are now, and we're eager to try "entrepreneurship."

We're not sure what we'll encounter on this entrepreneurship journey, but I'm certain it won't be simple.

The Catalystโ€‹

One day, Jerry shared a book:

What got you here, won't get you there.

It mentioned that current success can be achieved through method A. But to achieve a different kind of success, method A might not have the same effect.

To gain different experiences, you need to try a different approach to make it possible.

So why not "start a business"! Let's see what interesting people and things we encounter along the way.

So we thought about what problems are waiting for us to solve, and what we have the capability to handle.

Coincidentally, we often encounter unclear requirements and poorly written documentation at work.

This often wastes development time, increases communication costs, delays project timelines, and overall creates a poor development experience.

Can we solve this? We think so! Our internal dialogue was basically "Are we serious? Should we go for it?"

So let's give it a try! That's how SAD-AI was born.

Moving forward, we'll record our monthly meeting content and entrepreneurship decisions.

We want to share this with engineers who want to start businesses. Are you ready?

Let's set sail!
